                                         AMBER ROSE GOT ENGAGED!

Rapper Wiz Khalifa proposed to his model lover Amber Rose. The pair had been dating for about a year.
Khalifa posted a picture of the engagement ring on Twitter via social network Instragram a few days ago with the comment ‘She said yes!!! ‘. Rose immediately followed up with her comment, ‘He has made me the Happiest Woman in the World!!!!’, @DaRealAmberRose tweeted.

News of the couple officially hooking came about in February 2011 when pictures of them cuddling and kissing popped up on the internet just a month after Rose had broken up with famed Chicago rapper Kanye West.
Amber Rose had received a lot of criticisms or ‘downgrading’ but the couple stayed together even through the most controversial of times. They are known for their public display of affection for each other at award shows and social gatherings, often kissing and cuddling.

Amber had granted several interviews in the past saying she was ready to give birth to the Pittsburgh-born rapper’s children. Wiz in return has been very supportive of Rose’s career and even guest featured on her first single ‘FAME’.

It’s a success! We hope it turns out very successful with time.

                                                     KUDOS!
Pryse will be joining he multi award winning record label, Chocolate City, which is home to some of the music industry’s top house hold names, such as M.I, Jesse Jagz, Iceprince, and Brymo as its first female Artist!

About Her……..

Pryse is a talented Nigerian rapper who is eager to follow the footsteps of her fellow label mates in creating music that would not only entertain, but influence the public. Born and raised in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Princess Esindu a.k.a Pryse, started rapping in church at the tender age of 10. Pryse always knew she wanted to be a musician; encouraged by her family who own and run Frontline TV Studio in Port Harcourt, Pryse took a keen interest in entertainment. Pryse knew she had to nurture her passion, so she went to study media in Nottingham, UK. While in the UK, she took up writing her own songs, and co-producing with her older brother.
When asked who her influences are, Pryse lists, Jay Z, Drake, Lil Wayne, and M.I – it is precisely the admiration for M.I that led her to work her way to be signed by Chocolate City. In an industry where female emcees are outnumbered by men, Pryse is sure she will keep the torch blazing for the young ambitious women out there.

When asked what it meant to be the first female signed to Chocolate City, Pryse had this to say “ I thank God I’ve come this far, and I’m just happy its finally happened, and I’m ready to put in the work, so let’s go. I’m ready to be a BOI (Bold Original Innovative).”

Very soon the label is looking forward to presenting to the world, its first signed female Artist, Pryse!

                                                          A STEP FURTHER

My O My ! My girl, Uche Jumbo has done it again. You might be wondering what she did this time and that you are sure it wouldn’t be far from the ambits of Nollywood thing. Well, you might guess right but, this time around, she has taken a step further and has joined the list of movie producers premiering their movie on the internet as the cinema success ‘Damage’ hits the web.

My pretty actress could not contain her happiness and voiced out her feelings.

I am very happy with this new concept and I am very excited about it. It was also borne out of the fact that there is need for us to be internet savvy in this part of the world and it is also a way of showcasing our works to the international community at large’,

Fans and viewers in and outside Nigeria will be able to watch the movie after payment is made via credit cards or paypal.

She has premiered “Damage” back in July 2011 at Silverbird Galleria  and later in the UK and the US.
Damage theme is on a vivid crusade against physical and domestic violence either in relationships or in marriage and stars Uche Jombo herself, Tonto Dike, Kalu IKeagwu, Basorge Tariah Jr and others.
UCHE we wish you all the best.

                                                          KUDOS!
Nigeria  musicians  are really  making  great wave  in the country and around the globe. D’Banj and PSquare who  are at  the  top  list of the quickest  rising  stars in Africa caught our eyes  this week. One striking thing is their unique style making their music which their fans has found  so irresistible.

For PSquare we have listened to their original version of their Invasion Album and its whoa! the remix is just as good! Psquare at times look like they can’t do any wrong with their songs (even though we constantly accuse them of sound biting!).
Their recent romance with Konvict Music boss Akon seems to be paying off. When photos from the video shoot of this same song hit the web, it only created more anticipation for the ‘Chop my money’ remix.
The remix which also features Square Record newbie May D has that tingly feel and blended with Akon’s ever melodic crooning, we can say this is another hit!
The video directed by Jude Okoye and Ben Marc is quite interesting – telling a tale of a temptress who dazzles all four guys as she ‘chops’ their money and dumps them…………I know how expectant you have been about this and I assure you, it met your expectation.
You  have  not  heard it all. The  Koko master  as he is  fondly  called is doing our country very  proud. D’Banj is  really going  places, he  doesn't only  headline  local Magazines  and  News  papers, but  there     are  exponential   talks about  him all  around the globe. The way  I am  seeing  this  singer, I believe he is certainly  going  to become a world music legend. If you ask me, he  will later  be  likened to  people like, Michael  Jackson,  you name the rest…..I  wish  him the best.

SUCCESS AT LAST

As I glanced at Joyce’s face this evening when I came back from work, I knew something was wrong. Apart from the fact that her countenance was not deceptive at all, she did not accord me a good welcome and she was laying down on the sofa still wearing her work cloth looking so worn-out and livid. Of all the four housemates in our flat, Joyce is the most organized and principled. She has her own perfect and careful ways of doing her things. Joyce has never been found wanting in her own potion of house chores. The first thing she does daily after retiring from work is to wash her clothes and bath before eating. Joyce has never had a pile of clothes to wash on weekends just like the three of us who often go to the launderer to assist us. She has never left her dish unwashed after eating. She was the envy of the house and her orderly routine of doing things got her the name, “NEATY” from the girls.

By now you must be getting close to why I was shocked when I met her after work still laying down in her work regalia with the center table scattered with the food she ate and plates! Definitely something is wrong with Joyce. I heard you saying that for me.

“Joyce what has gone wrong with you” I asked her as a matter of factly and sat by her side with concern.
She looked at me, sighed and said, “The news I gathered today got me shattered”
“What news?” I asked racing my mind to the possible unfortunate incidence that could make Joyce withdraw from her unique self for once. She was not quick to answer so I queried her out of curiosity.
“Has the news got anything to do with your family?”
“No!”
“Then, what?”
“You won’t believe what I heard today”
“ I will be left either to make that choice or not only when you have let me into the unknown”
“I heard 2face proposed to Annie Macaulay”
“Yes and what about that? What has it got to do with you?”
She sat up and faced me.
“A lot Venn. Why are you sounding as if you have forgotten how much I admire that guy”

At this point I became more confused. Joyce is a number one fan of 2Face.That, I am very sure of but what I find hard to reconcile is the reason she should panic over the fact that 2Face proposed to Annie.

“Joyce I am floating here. I can’t make a point from what you just said.”
She hissed. “ Frankly speaking Venn, I have an eye for 2face.Infact I have drawn out all my plans on how to make that guy melt for me and make me his wifey in this 2012.I had it all well planned. I was just about to execute it before I ….I…I heard that….”

I have been moping at her agape. She could not finish the sentence above because I torched her to know if she is running temperature. She removed my hand almost immediately. “What is it?” She asked.
“I checked your temperature because you are sounding sick”.
“I am not sick Venn, I meant every bit of it from the first to the last letter. In fact, I am beginning to run temperature right now because of emotional trauma. Only if he knows how much I have been dying to have him to my self. I can’t bear this loss”

She ended up sobbing. I could not contain my excitement and I started laughing. I laughed so hysterically that she was forced to stare at me.

“Why making fun of this? Is it wrong to follow your heart?”
I pulled myself together. “It is not wrong my dear but wait till after their weeding to execute whatever plans you think you have. Bad belle.”
“Wait! Do not tell me that 2Face actually meant this drama. No” She shook her head and forced a smiling face. “He is not serious. Don’t ever believe these entertainers. They are always script- acting. I can bet anything to this.2Face is just acting a script”

“Joyce, listen and listen good. 2Face has made his choice and that is, Annie. I don’t care whatever your manipulative mind is up to but this is real. I gathered from their close ally that their wedding may be coming up around May this year. The sooner you remove your scheming devilish mind from this couple, the better for you. Come to think of it, what makes you even think you can beat Annie to 2face? Or do you think you hold a candle to any of these women he had had surplus romance with especially Pero Adeninyi and Sumbo Ajaba who had children for him? If Annie any can outwit all these women and emerge successful as the wife of a renowned African musical Icon .Your case is an “Akamu” case.”

“I can’t believe you are saying all these to me. By the way, what is so special about her?” She made a face.

“Good question. First of all, She has God”
“What?” She screamed. “Did I hear you mention God?” She said cutting in.
“Yes. You heard me right. God stood by her side and fought for her. Remember, Annie was there when 2Face was no body and has always been there. God fulfilled his words in the book of Isaiah where he said that we shall live in the house we built. Secondly, Annie is a very strong and successful woman who despite all the debacles in her relationship, got to the pinnacle of her career in acting and made fame for herself. She was never dismayed. She pushed everything aside and pursued her dreams. She is a woman of substance. In fact, she is an achiever with capital letter, “A”. I watched questioningly at her. “Or is there anything you think I left behind? Remind me. I will be so glad you did.”

“Spare me abeg” she said sarcastically. “Enough of your sermon”
I giggled. “I understand. You now feel so intimidated of who the real Annie is .I wonder what you will do when you get in contact with her face to face. You will just melt.”

“You know what Venn, I need some space now”
“Truth they say, bites. Anyway, I have lost much energy talking to you. I need to refill. See ya later.’’ I left to my room.

“Whatever!” She shouted after me and I had to laugh.

IMPROVE YOUR CREATIVE IMAGINATION

How do you improve your creative imagination? Start with the simple steps outlined here.
Creative imagination is more than just active imagination. To be able to actively imagine things, to see and hear things in one’s mind, is an important ability. It doesn’t have to involve much creativity, though, does it? Daydreaming, for example, is a process of imagination. It can consist of an elaborate fantasy world, but one full of all the things that many people think about.
Creative imagination, then, has to include the ability not just to imagine things, but to imagine original things. It is seeing things that others don’t see, and coming up with new ideas. So how do you cultivate this?
Creative Imagination 101
First, exercise your basic imagination. It can be as simple as thinking in pictures more, or listening to music in your mind. Play little ‘movies’ in your mind, until you can watch them on command. This is a simple process, but for those of us that can’t easily do it naturally, it can take a lot of practice. Fortunately, it is not an unpleasant activity.
The second part of developing your creative imagination is to get more creative in your thinking and imagining. Start by paying attention to your creativity. Our subconscious minds give us more of what we pay attention to. Ignore creative aspects of your life, and you’re telling your subconscious they are unimportant. On the other hand, if you note when you’re creative, your subconscious mind will start feeding you more creative ideas.
Different surroundings can also encourage your creativity. Want more creativity in your love life? Hike up a mountain with your partner. Do you write? Try sitting on a roof to write. Want new ideas for your business? Take a notebook to the park. A change of environment can get your thinking out of its ruts.
You can play games that exercise your creative imagination. One such game uses a technique called ‘concept combination.’ Alone or with other players, you combine random concepts or things in new ways, to see who has the best idea. A thermometer and a billboard, for example, could generate an idea for a sign that checks the weather and adjusts the message accordingly (‘Come in out of the heat for a cold beverage,’ or ‘Come in out of the rain and warm up with our gourmet coffee.‘).
Don’t Wait For Creative Imagination
Creative inspiration certainly can strike at any time, but it strikes more often when there is work instead of waiting. So if you want to come up with creative inventions, start mentally redesigning everything you see. Imagine a better bicycle, a faster mail service, or a better chair. Continue this for three weeks, and it will become a habit.
Of course, creative imagination goes beyond solving specific problems or inventing things. Truly creative minds are always coming up with the questions too, not just the solutions. If you want to be more creative all the time, focus on three things:
Changing Your Perspective.
A child might think that working just to not work (to retire) is silly. Thinking from that perspective might give you ideas for how to make money doing things you enjoy. Seeing the world as a bear sees it might give a painter imaginative new ideas. Looking at things from a customer’s perspective is a sure way to find creative improvements for a business. See everything from several perspectives.
Challenging Your Assumptions.
What if restaurants didn’t have employees? Visitors pay a machine as they enter, feed themselves at a buffet, and everything is as automated as possible, so one owner-operator could run a large restaurant alone. Challenge all your assumptions for practice. Do you really have to pay rent? Do swimming pools need water? Can exercise be a bad thing?
Let Your Ideas Run Wild.
Does a flying bed seem silly? It could lead to the concept of a helium mattress. When you get off it in the morning, it floats out of the way, up to the ceiling. Perfect for small apartments. Don’t stifle your creativity. Relax, and let ideas come. You can always discard them later.
For these techniques to be a habitual part of your thinking, use them regularly. Since it takes several weeks to develop a habit, remind yourself to use them each day. Jot a few of your favorite techniques on a card and carry it with you. Look it over throughout the day and apply the techniques to anything. Soon, you’ll have a more creative imagination......................Just the way I want it........From Nigerian Entertainment Today.
